Tumblr?

1 min read
Hey guys; so, I've been on tumblr a lot lately to the point where I don't drop by here as much?

This is my main account: bemused-dreamer.tumblr.com/ which has some of my art, but a lot of reblogs of Lolita/cute things, Teen Wolf (ahahahaha), and other people's art.

bemused-doodles.tumblr.com/ is for if you just want to look at my drawings. I'll post up some sketches and wips as well, just things that I wouldn't feel as bad cluttering up here and on my main account. It's super new, so it looks pretty bare at the moment.

Anyway, lemme know if you guys have tumblr accounts as well. I'd be more than happy to follow you as well if we have similar interests :>

Came back from the con yesterday and it was a blast! My table partner :iconyami-no-malik-san: and neighbors were all awesome (I only have my table partner's DA, cause I spaced and forgot to get everyone's cards..)

I didn't get much chance to look around, but it seemed SOOO much larger than when I last went (back in '07).

I'll hopefully get a table at Anime Salt Lake which is in March, and then I'll be off to Colorado's Comic-con in May/June. Both of for which I'll have a lot more new stuff ready.

Thanks to all my awesome commissioners and people who bought stuff or just stopped by to check out my art.

Also, I had one commissioner unable to pick up her commissions as the Artist Alley closed probably a lot sooner than she thought. I have them ready for you and am willing to ship them off at no extra cost. Please message/note me here or through my e-mail (bemused.dreamer@gmail.com) and just give me a quick summary of what it was you commissioned (so I don't just send it off to a random person), as well as your address. I'll have the drawings scanned and sent back to your e-mail/note before mailing it off.

Manga Magazine

I keep forgetting to pimp this site out.

The comic companies in the US are relatively leery of the manga style what with Tokyopop saturating the market with comics and then subsequently going under. So the site is an awesome place for comic artists with a somewhat manga flair to start out. And for all of you who don't draw comics but like reading 'em, it has some pretty good titles. My personal faves are the ones by Cassandra Jean, Two Keys, and the one by Nozmo looks pretty interesting.

And it's all FREE, but you can still support the artists by reading their work.

Oh my goodness, I'm already halfway through my last quarter of college. For some reason, I've been starting to slow down again with churning out stuff, but I'm hoping to change that soon, especially because editor's day is only a few weeks away...

I need to start reading and watching stuff that'll motivate me. Sailor Moon's kinda helping, but I should maybe read something that'll make me want to cry with how beautiful it is. That generally helps kick my butt into gear. Or makes me horribly depressed...

I hope everyone else had a great Easter and is able to get through the last few weeks of school <3

I'm quite unable to design websites, but seeing as I should probably have a site other than DA to post my art for possible employers to take a look at, I thought I'd at least have a blogspot. So. It's kinda bare right now, but hopefully that'll change in a few weeks or so?
